Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Funds can be deposited on top10kash using the following methods:

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200. Deposited funds must come only from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum amount for all withdrawal requests is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide correct payment details. top10kash will not be liable for any funds lost due to incorrect information. top10kash reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to any transaction.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
top10kash offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
All bonuses must meet a 10x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. This means that if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
- top10kash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- A bonus can only be claimed once — attempting to claim it more than once will be considered abuse.
5.4 VIP Program
top10kash offers weekly cashback across four VIP tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier upgrades depend on your activity and contribution. top10kash reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Validity
All bets placed on the top10kash platform are considered final and irreversible. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless top10kash determines it necessary due to a technical error.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a software or hardware fault causes incorrect results to be displayed unintentionally, top10kash reserves the right to void the relevant results. In such cases, the balance that existed before the technical error will be restored.
6.3 Sports Betting
Specific rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), and other sports. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bet settlement will follow the decision of top10kash.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the top10kash platform:
- Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
- Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
- Abusing bonus offers by creating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or security.
- Registering an account by providing false or misleading information.
- Conducting betting or gaming activity on behalf of a third party.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure
